Snowflake stock is surging on signs that enterprise AI demand is driving big gains for its business.
Snowflake Inc (NYSE:SNOW) shares jumped 23% in after-hours trading Wednesday after the cloud data company posted second-quarter results that beat Wall Street estimates and raised its full-year guidance. The company reported fiscal 2027 second-quarter revenue of $1.55 billion, up 35% year-over-year and above the $1.48 billion analysts had expected.
Snowflake stock jumped amid Q2 earnings and revenue that handily estimates while guidance came in well above expectations.
Snowflake beat on the top and bottom lines and issued upbeat revenue guidance. The company pointed to growth in its artificial intelligence coding agent named CoCo.
Snowflake raised its full-year product revenue forecast on Wednesday, betting on strong demand for its cloud data platform and AI offerings, sending its shares up more than 20% in extended trading.
