TSMC's second-quarter revenue beat market expectations, giving investors another sign that demand for AI chips remains strong heading into the semiconductor earnings season. The world's largest contract chipmaker reported April-June revenue of NT$1.27 trillion, or about $39.63 billion, up 36% from a year earlier and slightly ahead of the NT$1.264 trillion expected by analysts.
