(NASDAQ: CIVB) ("Civista") today reported net income of $11.0 million, or $0.71 per common share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Net income of $11.0 million, a 56% increase or $3.9 million compared to $7.1 million for the second quarter 2024, and $10.2 million in the first quarter of 2025.
