The Domestic Restaurant Operation Business segment operates restaurants under multiple brands, including IPPUDO, Ramen Express, Majimatei, and Inabaudon. The Overseas Restaurant Operation Business segment operates directly managed restaurants centered on the IPPUDO business, and licenses outlets to local operation partners. The Product Sales Business segment manufactures and sells noodles (soba, ramen, udon and others), soups, sauces, seasonings (the IPPUDO at Home series), mainly for commercial use and for general consumers.
