Company Profile

China Jo-Jo Drugstores, Inc. engages in the distribution and retail of pharmaceutical and other healthcare products. It operates through the following business segments: Retail Drugstores, Online Pharmacy; Drug Wholesale; and Herb Farming. The Retail Drugstores segment sells prescription and over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements, medical devices, and sundry items to retail customers. The Online Pharmacy segment offers over-the-counter drugs, dietary supplements, medical devices and sundry items to customers through several third-party platforms. The Drug Wholesale segment includes supplying the company's own retail drugstores with prescription. The Herb Farming cultivates selected herbs for sales to other drug vendors. The company was founded by Lei Liu and Li Qi on December 19, 2006 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China.
