The Electronics segment manufactures and sells electronic components used in the manufacturing process of electronic products. The Thin Film segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of precious metal targets used in thin film formation. The Thermal segment manufactures and sells temperature sensors mainly used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Fine Chemicals and Recycling segment manufactures and sells precious metal compounds and recovers and refines precious metals. The Supply Chain Support segment sells major precious metal raw materials that are not related to product orders. Other businesses mainly sell purchased products, and others.
