The Groupe M6 segment is composed of the commercial free-to-air television channel M6, and two other free-to-air television channels, W9 and 6ter. The FremantleMedia segment engages in production, distribution, and licensing activities. The RTL Nederland segment covers both television and radio activities. The RTL Belgium segment includes both television and radio activities primarily focused in the French-speaking part of Belgium. The Other segments relates to RTL Hungary, RTL Croatia, RTL group Luxembourgish activities, the German radio business, and the investment accounted for using the equity method. The company was founded on 2000 and is headquartered in Luxembourg.
