Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSX:TD) plans to buy back up to $10 billion worth of its shares in a new program expected to wrap up by July 2027. The bank will repurchase up to 61 million shares, representing up to 3.74% of its nearly 1.63 million common shares issued and outstanding as of August 31.
