Company Profile

Accor SA is a holding company, which engages in the operation and investment in hotel properties. It operates through the following segments: Hotel Service, Hotels Assets, and New Businesses. The Hotel Services corresponds to AccorHotels' business as a hotel manager and franchisor. The Hotel Assets segment comprising the group's owned and leased hotels. This segment comprises hotels operations in Eastern Europe and certain hotels, mainly in Brazil. The New Businesses segment corresponds to new businesses developed by the group such as, digital services for independent hotels, private luxury home rentals, digital sales, and concierge services. Accor was founded by Paul Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson on April 22, 1960 and is headquartered in Paris, France.
